Free Yoga Laramie Wyoming Seek Yoga Studio

All is Within

A free practice to anchor you to your deep sense of knowing and trust.

Join Audrey for a free, 60-minute gentle yoga practice of asana (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation to reconnect with yourself. You will be led through practices and reflections to remind you of who you truly are while experiencing how yoga can help guide you there.

Practice will be followed by a 15-minute Q&A and info session on Seek Yoga Studio’s upcoming 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Our Yoga Alliance certified YTT invites you to connect with a profound sense of knowing and trust while deeply exploring the practice of yoga. In this training, you will connect to your inner guide and intuitive wisdom while experiencing powerful transformation and growth.

    Free Yoga for Beginners

    A free yoga for beginners workshop! You will learn foundational yoga poses, build confidence for joining classes, enjoy a short yoga flow, and be able to ask any questions you have about yoga. 
     
    Bring a water bottle and yoga/exercise mat if you have one (we have limited number of mats available for you to borrow on a first-come, first-serve basis). Minors welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian and able to participate. Send any questions to hello@seekyogastudio.com. 
     
    This free workshop is useful for and open to practitioners of all levels!

    Rest Retreat

    Time: 11 AM to 6 PM

    Join Audrey for a restful day retreat of yoga and community at Seek as a way to deeply care for yourself before the holiday season. You will

    • Enjoy three nourishing yoga practices: a morning slow flow, afternoon yin/restorative + yoga nidra, and evening meditation
    • Connect with your community over a family-style lunch (catered by Sweet Melissa’s) and afternoon tea
    • Leave feeling deeply rested with a restored connection to self

    Detailed schedule:

    • 11-12:45 | Opening Circle + Yoga Practice (Slow Flow with Extended Shavasana and Pranayama)
    • 12:45-2:15 | Catered Vegan + GF Lunch from Sweet Melissa’s (Chickpea Tikka Masala over Sweet Potatoes or Rice with optional pita bread)
    • 2:15-4:15 | Yin/Restorative + Yoga Nidra + Guided Journaling
    • 4:15-5:00 | Tea + Light Snacks Break
    • 5-6 | Meditation + Closing Circle

    Investment of $98 includes lunch and afternoon tea/snacks plus a crystal tumble to take home with you. Please bring a water bottle, reusable mug for tea, journal, and something to write with. You may also appreciate having an eye pillow/covering and pillow for the back of the head. Any additional creature comforts such as blankets, slippers, etc. are welcome. As always, annual members receive a 20% discount on this special event.

    Holiday Yoga At Seek Yoga Studio Laramie Wyoming

    Holiday Resets

    You deserve a quiet hour of meditation, breath, gentle restorative yoga and time away from distractions during the holiday season! These resets are offered for free with a suggested donation of $10.

    • Restorative yoga and guided meditation to connect to self and the season
    • No experience required
    • 60 minutes to center and breathe without your phone or your to-do list
    • Optional items to bring: comfy clothing, yoga mat/blankets/pillows (or use the studio props), a mug - tea will be offered
