*Free* All Is Within Practice

- Join Audrey Jansen, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP for a free, 60-minute gentle yoga practice of asana (poses), pranayama (breathing), and meditation to reconnect with yourself.
- You will be led through practices and reflections to remind you of who you truly are while experiencing how yoga can help guide you there.
- Audrey will also talk about how you can deepen your wellbeing and trust that all truly IS within by spending the last 15 minutes as an information session and Q&A about Seek Yoga Studio’s upcoming 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training beginning September 9th.
Yoga in the Garden
Time: 7:00 a.m. - 8 a.m.
Date: Friday, August 19th

- You'll enjoy the scenic view of the prairie and hills to the east alongside the garden and are invited to bring your own morning beverage of choice and stay after practice to connect with other yogis while enjoying Darcie Bacon's delicious, made-from-scratch scones.
- Practice will be led by Audrey Jansen, RYT 500, E-RYT 200, owner of Seek Yoga Studio and begins at 7 a.m., but you are welcome to arrive as early as 6:30 a.m. to chat and settle in (practice will end at 8:00 a.m and you are also welcome to stay afterwards to mingle and/or tour the garden).
- Investment of $18 includes a made-from-scratch scone.
Soundembodiment: Tibetan Bowl & Gong Sound Meditation
Time: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

In this special all-levels event you will be guided through a series of seated listening and breathing techniques (designed for significantly reducing stress, more effectively managing negative emotional states, as well as developing higher levels of focus and self-awareness), followed by an extended Tibetan singing bowl & Gong Sound Meditation practice where you can simply lie back, settle into a quieter state of mind, and listen in an environment intended to help you cultivate, strengthen, and support your own inner sense of well-being.
