200 HOUR YTT
Held In-Person from September 2022-May 2023
In-Person Weekend Intensives
This is an in-person 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training that primarily consists of weekend intensives from September 2022-May 2023.
Our Yoga Alliance certified YTT invites you to connect with a profound sense of knowing and trust while deeply exploring the practice of yoga. You will connect to your inner guide and intuitive wisdom while experiencing powerful transformation and growth.
All you need for this empowering journey is already within you.
Seek the Unexpected
What lies underneath the layers you’ve learned to protect yourself with? This training will help you dive deep into who you truly are inside to identify your soul’s purpose: your dharma. It is easy to lose ourselves, but you are still there and this is your invitation to reconnect with yourself through the practice of yoga–unlocking tools for spiritual, emotional, and mental growth through the many limbs of yoga (physical asana, meditation, breath, etc.).
Seek Multiple Perspectives
Many yoga teacher training programs are taught entirely by a single individual or focus on a specific branch of yoga, limiting your exploration of the diverse and global practice that is yoga. Our training is primarily led by Audrey Jansen, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP, Owner of Seek Yoga Studio. Audrey will be assisted by Sydney Humphrey, RYT 200, a Seek Yoga Studio YTT graduate, yoga entrepreneur, and full-time yoga teacher. Other experts will be brought into the training to speak on topics such as anatomy, philosophy, and meditation. In addition, other skilled yoga teachers will be brought into the training so students have the chance to experience multiple teaching styles.
We are actively seeking diverse perspectives on the practice of yoga. If you or someone you know are educated on a topic of yoga and represent the BIPOC or LGBTQIA+ community, veterans, or persons with disabilities please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will practice a variety of yoga styles in this training with an emphasis on Vinyasa (or flow) yoga. Rather than being taught to memorize a set sequence, you will have the opportunity to find freedom in your practice, and if you are called to teach, your teaching. You will learn postural alignment, effective sequencing, and how to intuitively adapt a practice for your own mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs.
You will also learn about the foundational concepts of Yin and Restorative yoga and how to teach those styles.
Meet Your Lead Teacher
E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP, Seek Yoga Studio Owner
For me, yoga teacher training was a transformative experience. I graduated my 200 HR YTT with a deeper understanding of myself and how yoga could support me on my journey. I also built meaningful, lifelong relationships with my peers and teachers. These connections, to myself and others, fed my soul and planted seeds for my future. Now, as I think about how to hold this space for others, I am filled with gratitude. This is the work that matters–for me, for you, and for our world. I look forward to sharing what I’ve learned in my practice and personal study over the past twelve years in addition to the knowledge I have gained from the trainings of other professional yoga teachers. My career background is in business and marketing, so I also look forward to helping those who want to become teachers build an authentic brand as professional yoga teachers. You’re here for a reason, and this practice exists to help you explore and connect to the deeper parts of yourself that know why.
Meet Your Assistant Teacher
RYT 200, OWNER OF RADIATE PRACTICE
Sydney first started practicing yoga in college, and like many others, mainly focused on the physical benefits that an asana practice can provide. After practicing on and off for years, she decided to explore yoga on a much deeper level through Seek’s first 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in the spring of 2021. This YTT was transformative for Sydney, and helping guide others through their own journey with YTT is something that she is incredibly passionate about. As a former middle school teacher, Sydney has a passion for teaching and feels blessed to be a part of the journey that students take throughout their own YTT experience. Sydney strives to create a space in her classes where students can move their bodies in a positive, compassionate, and joyful atmosphere.

Your answers to these questions do not fully determine your eligibility for this training but rather inform us of your background so that we can teach with awareness and ensure that we are a good fit for one another. We are looking for students who have a foundational practice, desire to learn more about themselves and yoga, and are committed to the process of going through a yoga teacher training.
– Savannah Gordon
Audrey has a beautiful way in holding space and allowing for your human-ness to shine…I came out of this training a completely different person than when I went in. I uncovered so much more of myself than I could have ever imagined…This training laid such a beautiful foundation for me to move forward in my own practice and the practice I offer to my students…I think everyone should do a training like this at least once in their life. It’s so much more than yoga.
– Kailyn C
I have loved this experience! My personal yoga practice is so much more fulfilling because of YTT. I was able to connect with a group of people that are all so unique and incredibly supportive. I am able to take what we learned and apply it to yoga, but also—and more importantly— to my daily life. This is really so much more than Yoga Teacher Training.
