Event Description

Nestle in for an evening dedicated to preparing the body and mind for sleep. This workshop will begin with a brief grounding meditation and include:

  • Dharma talk on sleep and rest
  • Journaling techniques to quiet the mind
  • Pranayama (breath regulation)
  • Restorative yoga sequence
