Event Description
Nestle in for an evening dedicated to preparing the body and mind for sleep. This workshop will begin with a brief grounding meditation and include:
- Dharma talk on sleep and rest
- Journaling techniques to quiet the mind
- Pranayama (breath regulation)
- Restorative yoga sequence
