Audrey JansenAudrey found yoga in 2011 and fell in love with the physical movement of her body in this form. She soon realized the emotional, mental, and spiritual healing of a disciplined practiced and wanted to dive deeper into her journey. In March of 2018, Audrey received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher certification and shortly after, discovered the joy of sharing yoga with others.
