Join Audrey and Jess Ryan for a 60-minute gentle yoga practice of asana, pranayama, and meditation to reconnect with yourself. You will be led through practices and reflections to remind you of who you truly are while experiencing how yoga can help guide you there.
Audrey and Jess will also talk about how you can deepen your wellbeing and trust that all truly IS within by spending the last 30 minutes as an information session and Q&A about their 2021 Yoga Teacher Training.
This practice will be held at a very limited capacity of 6 students in-studio and via livestream.

Audrey JansenAudrey found yoga in 2011 and fell in love with the physical movement of her body in this form. She soon realized the emotional, mental, and spiritual healing of a disciplined practiced and wanted to dive deeper into her journey. In March of 2018, Audrey received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher certification and shortly after, discovered the joy of sharing yoga with others.
