Wondering what’s going on these days? Yeah, us, too. Join Steph Hanson and Jess Ryan for this community event and online “yoga check-in” to find a little grounding and connection during uncertain times. As we transition into winter – especially this particular 2020 variety – we could all benefit from some time in community. Feeling connected and tuning into our bodies, hearts, and minds will be keys to helping us through this tough season. During this event, we’ll make space for folks to share with one another and to listen deeply. We’ll move through a group yoga practice focused on releasing our tensions and stress, grounding, and resourcing. Our hope is that you’ll feel refreshed, relaxed, and connected – inside and out.
Though the event is free, please register at least 60 minutes in advance of the start-time in order to receive the live-event link (held via Zoom) and all pertinent event information.
