Seek connection to the voice within you through a self-study practice in yoga and journaling specifically designed to support navigating anxiety and worry.
This 90-minute yoga and journaling workshop will invite you to explore what’s present in the body and mind and move towards peace.

Led by Jessica Brauer (RYT 200) on Sunday, September 26th at 7-8:30 PM. Please bring a journal and something to write with. Investment is $25. Register via the MINDBODY app or right here:

Jess BrauerJess became a student of yoga nine years ago in pursuit of physical perks in strength and flexibility. Through the shifts of life and with time on her mat she developed a relationship with the benefits of yoga far exceeding the physical body. It is here that she found deep resonance in yoga’s teachings in mind and spirit, comfort in Laramie’s wide community of practitioners, and opportunity for rich personal growth off her mat. She completed 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training from Ahimsa in Laramie in 2019 and continues her education with training opportunities and a commitment to her personal practice. It is her intention to hold thoughtful space for yoga, meditation, and journaling for all walks of life from a heart-centered and playful space. Outside the studio, Jess is a freelance writer, communications consultant, and counselor in the addiction and wellness space. She is an avid lover of the library, the outdoors, and any day that starts with brunch.
