Join Audrey Jansen (RYT 200) & her husband Chris for a relaxing evening practice designed to build connection between you and your partner through calming partner poses. No yoga experience is necessary–come as you are.

Start your Valentine’s Day weekend with intentional connection and join us in-studio or via livestream from 7-8:15 PM MT on Friday, February 12th.

In-Studio is limited to 6 couples and we require that you wear a face covering to and from the mat (though you may remove it for practice).

Investment of $20 per couple — you only need to sign one partner up!

Audrey JansenAudrey found yoga in 2011 and fell in love with the physical movement of her body in this form. She soon realized the emotional, mental, and spiritual healing of a disciplined practiced and wanted to dive deeper into her journey. In March of 2018, Audrey received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher certification and shortly after, discovered the joy of sharing yoga with others. She is now a 300 RYT working on completing her 500 hour certification. In her classes, Audrey strives to provide a loving space to heal and feel and be.
