Incorporating yoga into your running routine can help loosen tight spots, build strength, and prevent injury. Join Kelly Schroeder (RYT 200) for an all-levels friendly workshop that will give you tools to take from the mat to the trails, including:
-Foam rolling
-Breathwork
-Dynamic stretching
-Core strengthening
Whether you’re training for a marathon or just like to go for the occasional jog, this workshop will help you develop both the physical and mental strength needed to make it to the finish line. This workshop will be held outside on the yoga deck if weather permits. If you have a yoga mat and foam roller, please bring them with you. We will also have a limited supply available for participants to borrow.
