A 4-part, pre-recorded series with Steph Hanson, MS, LPC, E-RYT and Jess Ryan, MS, PPC, E-RYT.
As mental health therapists and yoga teachers, we are in constant contact with a wide variety of folks who are currently trying their best to navigate these uncertain and unprecedented times. The common experiences that the community is sharing with us in our work – and what we’ve also been experiencing inside of ourselves lately – have centered around feelings of: nervousness and anxiety, exhaustion and a lack of motivation, overwhelm, and unfortunately the tendency to react at times with self-criticism because we “just can’t handle” all the sh*% that life is throwing at us right now.
These feel like scary times. All of these feelings and reactions are actually valid. AND it sure would be nice if we could help ourselves and each other to meet the challenges of life, and feel better in our bodies, hearts, and minds. Good news: we can.
Looking for respite during this season of life? Are you longing for ways to not just make it through the week, but actually experience moments of wellbeing? In this course, you will learn mind-body practices to regulate your nervous system in support of mental wellbeing.
