Yoga Nidra for Gratitude

Yoga Nidra, which is also defined as yogic sleep, is a semi-conscious state between being awake and asleep. It is reached through a guided meditation. Yoga Nidra has been used to support transformation of negative thoughts and behaviors, as well as decrease anxiety. It can foster peace, calm and clarity. This Yoga Nidra session is intended to leave you feeling rested and more connected to gratitude. You will have 6 months of access to this Nidra so you can practice it as often as you would like. 

About the Teacher

Marla Petersen is a yoga instructor in Laramie Wyoming. She did her 200-hour RYT at Blossom Yoga 2016. Since completing her training, she has acted as a mentor in the Dharma Yoga Teacher Training program, has completed Sky Styx Training and became certified in Yoga Nidra facilitation.

Marla is also a Reiki practitioner and enjoys bringing an energetic healing aspect to her practice.

She feels that life is a journey of peace, adventure, healing and self-discovery.
